WordPress Plugin: Not Starting

After installing and activating the plugin, when I click “Start NuBuilder”, I receive a blank screen with a yellow box on the left-hand-side of the screen. Nothing else.

I’m using WP v5.0.3; NuBuilder plugin v1.3; PHP v7.0.33; and MySQL v5.6.39.

Received the location of the error file from my host. However, there's nothing in there related to NuBuilder.

The browser (Chrome) error is:

Code: Select all

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) 

I noticed I'm not the only person with the issue. See here:

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with our plugin.
I believe the problem is related to upgrading your PHP to 7.+ The plugin has not been tested with the latest version of PHP but we will resolve this in the next patch as soon as we can.

FYI - I tried installing the standalone version and I get a 500 Internal Server error with that version as well.
